At Paper Magazines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of your purchase. However, the rules vary between subscriptions and single sales.
Subscriptions vs. Single Sales
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided we have not yet transmitted and activated the subscription with the international publisher. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding this.
Can I return a single issue?
No. For newspapers and single issues, there is a legal exception to the right of withdrawal. Due to the nature of the product (timeliness), the sale is final upon payment.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
- Send an email within 14 days of your purchase to contact@papermagazines.com.
- Clearly state in the email that you wish to cancel your subscription and provide your order number.
- We will confirm the cancellation and refund the total purchase amount as soon as possible.
Was there a mistake?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase or if the 14-day period has passed, please contact us anyway. We are flexible and always willing to find a suitable solution with you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
