- If a magazine is damaged or hasn't arrived, or if you have any other comments about our service, please let us know immediately. The more details you can provide (such as your order number), the quicker we can assist you.

- We will confirm receipt of your email and will strive to provide a substantial response and an appropriate solution within 14 days. Our aim is always to find a solution together with you.

- If, by chance, we cannot find a solution together, you can, as an additional safeguard, submit your dispute to WebwinkelKeur, the independent quality mark of which we are members. They can mediate for you free of charge.
